中高生に、「私も知ってるよ！」と言えるように、話題のポケモンゴーをインストールした。
なんだか面白い。こんなに暑くなかったら、私も若者の中に紛れ込み、ゲームに興じていたかもしれない。

昨日から「ポケモンゴー入れた～？」と聞いて、「入れたよ～」
と答えが返ってくる。私の作戦に、まんまとはまる子ども達。
入れた子には、すかさず「ポケモンの時間はあるんだから、時間がなくて宿題出来ないわけはないよね」と突然講師の顔に戻り、くぎをさす。

ポケモン効果は、学業の場でも健在だ。

Just so that I can tell my students I know what they are doing, I installed ‘Pokemon Go’.
If it weren’t this hot, I might be outside among young people doing ‘Pokemon Go’.
It was fun.
Since yesterday, I have been able to ask this question to my students.
‘Do you do Pokemon Go?’
If the answer is ‘Yes’, ‘OK, from now on, there is no excuse for saying you were too busy to study.‘

滝川クリステルの髪型

いつもの美容院のちあきさんに、「滝川クリステルの髪型にして」と言った。
笑いをとれると思ったが、さすがプロ「一回では無理なので、二回かかる」と冷静な答えが返ってきた。「ふむ、土台は変わらなくても、髪型はクリステルに近づけるかもしれないのか」と密かにときめく。カットの後、横の髪を耳にかけたりして鏡を見る。

次の日の月曜日、新しい髪型で仕事に行った。
滝川クリステルどころか、髪を切ったことさえ誰一人として気づいてくれなかった。
二度目のカットに期待しよう。
（この年になっても挑戦は続く…）

Takigawa Crystel’s hair style

I asked my hair dresser Chiaki to change my hair style to a hairstyle like Takigawa Crystel’s.
She didn’t make fun of my comment and told me it would take one more time to get a Takigawa-like hairstyle.

On Monday at work, no one even noticed I had my hair cut.
