Don’t read this before, after, or while eating

My little sister M (this time, she wants her name withheld, even though it’s kind of obvious) took me out for dinner to belatedly celebrate my birthday.
We enjoyed a French meal and a bottle of red wine.
After dinner, even though we were full and tipsy, we went to an OKONOMIYAKI restaurant at Hiroshima Station.
We had a jug of beer each, and shared one OKONOMIYAKI.
I hardly ate any OKONOMIYAKI, but finished the beer.
We took a train back home.
Luckily, we were able to get seats.
I think I was in a daydream, when M woke me up.
It was just before Seno Station. We had to get off the train immediately for M to puke.
She puked endlessly. While she was puking, she didn’t let go of my left arm.
So I ended up seeing everything.
After the endless puking, she said she felt much better and drunk tea out of a plastic bottle.
She said, 'Would you like some?’
It didn’t take me a second to reply to her.
‘No, thanks!’
